Memorial Day (Monday, May 27) at 9:30 am


A 90-minute practice that offers a balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation.  We'll begin by awakening the body with lively flow to build strength and flexibility, then transition into a slower-paced practice to release tension and cultivate mindfulness. 


This workshop serves as a fundraiser for Outfront Kalamazoo

in celebration of Pride Month.  We welcome and appreciate

donations, all of which will be gifted to Outfront Kalamazoo.
