Meditation and Mindfulness
Mindfulness Group of Southwest Michigan
Meets on the first and third Sundays of each month from 1 to 3 pm
This group is for all in the Kalamazoo and Portage who enjoy meditation and would like to be in a community, or sangha, of like-minded individuals. We practice in the tradition of Zen Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh's order of Interbeing. The Mindfulness Meditation sessions are facilitated by lay practitioners. New and experienced mindfulness practitioners are welcome, and instructions and guidance will be given each session. Donations are appreciated. Registration is encouraged.
