Practice Schedule & Class Descriptions

Yogis after practice

Be Well Yoga & Fitness is an open and welcoming studio for yogis of all levels. Our yoga classes offer step-by-step guidance with hands-on assistance when needed (and with your consent). Modifications are available for each pose to accommodate each individual yogi.

Yoga is a progressive type of movement, and one will have the most benefits from a consistent practice.  Be Well offers a variety of classes from beginning to advanced practices. Level 1 classes introduce and reinforce basic poses. Level 2 classes provide opportunity for yogis to build and expand the poses as the body grows stronger and more flexible.
