Fall 2023 Practice Schedule

Be Well Yoga & Fitness is an open and welcoming studio for yogis of all levels. Our classes offer step-by-step guidance with hands-on assistance when needed (and with your consent). Modifications are available for each pose to accommodate each individual yogi.
One does not need to be thin, fit, or flexible to practice yoga. It is through maintaining a committed practice over time that you will gain strength, flexibility, and a better sense of self.

Please come and enjoy a class or two on me. This will give you an opportunity to check out the studio and see if it's a good fit for you.
Because our space is small, many of our classes are full. For more information and to arrange a visit, please reach out via email or text.
