Class Description
Empower and expand your practice by refining the poses you know while working toward more challenging poses in a supportive environment. This 75-minute practice includes arm balances, back bends, and inversions as well as a mix of increasingly complex poses and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.Â
