
Yoga & Journaling
A journal, like a yoga mat, can be a refuge, a place where you can discover more about who you really are,
and celebrate that discovery.
This monthly workshop combines a slow, gentle yoga practice with prompt-driven journaling. Prompts that encourage self-exploration and creative thinking will be provided. We'll alternate a gentle yoga practice with ample time to write. Meets at the Portage District Library on the third Friday of each month from 1:30 to 3 pm. No yoga experience is necessary.
