This gentle practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved sleep, or a deeper connection to yourself, restorative yoga can offer a peaceful and nurturing experience. Restorative Yoga is held monthly on Sunday afternoons from 4 to 5:30 pm.
