A special calming, mid-week practice. Restorative Yoga is all about comfort and ease. With plenty of props and support, the body is gently held in restful poses, allowing the nervous system to relax and the body to restore itself naturally.

This specialty class starts with a little fire—flowing movement to build strength and energy—then slows way down with longer-held, deeply relaxing poses. It’s a perfect mix of doing and undoing, and you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and settled. For yogis with an established personal practice.​​
