Specialty Classes

Specialty classes offer an opportunity to deepen your practice, build new skills, or try something new.  Whether you're a beginner looking to build foundational skills or an experienced yogi aiming to advance, specialty classes will empower your personal growth and enrich your entire yoga experience. ​ Specialty classes are included as part of your monthly unlimited package. 

Yang to Yin

A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience

This 90-minute specialty class starts with a little fire, movement to build strength and energy, then slows way down with longer-held, deeply relaxing poses. It’s a perfect mix of doing and undoing, and you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and settled. For yogis with an established personal practice. ​Instructor: Susan Corak

Sun Salutations

A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience

Sun Salutations are a warm, rhythmic flow that gently wakes up the body and clears the mind. In this 90-minute Specialty Class, yogis will learn a version of the traditional Sun Salutation including how to safely practice the Chaturanga flow and how to make stepping forward easier and more fluid. This class is a great fit for yogis who are ready to explore Level 2 classes at Be Well.

Align & Flow

A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience (level 1).

Align & Flow offers a steady, detail-rich practice that blends mindful alignment with fluid movement to build strength, ease, and confidence. It’s an inviting class for students who want to develop a safe, sustainable practice rooted in clarity and awareness. This class meets regularly on Sundays at 9:30. Look for Specialty Classes on:

Establishing a Personal Practice 

Expand your personal practice. Yogis of all levels are welcome. 

This specialty class is for anyone who wants to create a yoga practice at home that feels good for their body and fits naturally into their life. We’ll explore practical tools to help you build a safe, sustainable routine that supports consistency and brings more ease and intention to your practice.

Yoga for Brain Health

Discover how yoga makes our brains thrive. Yogis of all levels are welcome. 

Boost your focus, calm your mind, and energize your brain. In this uplifting workshop, you’ll learn how simple yoga movements, breathing techniques, and sound practices can reduce stress and improve cognitive function. We’ll even try an evidence-based singing-exercise shown to enhance brain activity. Come experience how mindful practices can make your brain feel clearer, brighter, and more alive.
