Align & Flow

Various Times

Align & Flow practices focus on a specific pose, set of poses, or vinyasa flow.  In these 90-minute specialty classes yogis will learn and practice proper form, biomechanics, and body awareness—all essential for a safe and effective yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, soothing practice that invites you to unwind and release tension. Unlike more active forms of yoga, restorative yoga focuses on holding poses for longer periods, allowing your body to fully relax and surrender. This gentle practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved sleep, or a deeper connection to yourself, restorative yoga can offer a peaceful and nurturing experience.

Yang to Yin

Memorial Day - Monday, May 26 (9:30 to 11 am)

Fourth of July- Friday, July 4 (9:30 to 11 am)

A 90-minute practice that offers a balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation.  We'll begin by awakening the body with lively flow to build strength and flexibility, then transition into a slower-paced practice to release tension and cultivate mindfulness. This practice is designed for yogis with an established practice.  â€‹â€‹

Yin Yoga

Sunday, May 4 (4 to 5:30 pm)

Sunday, June 1 (4 to 5:30 pm)

A 90-minute practice that offers a deeply relaxing experience through slow, passive poses held for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes, targeting the body's connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) rather than just muscles. The practice emphasizes finding a gentle "edge" of sensation, encouraging the body to release tension and surrender to gravity. The class cultivates a meditative atmosphere, promoting mindfulness and introspection, ultimately fostering increased flexibility, reduced stress, improved joint health, and a profound sense of calm. This practice is designed for yogis with an established practice.  â€‹â€‹

Yoga & Journaling

This 90-minute class combines a gentle yoga practice with the introspective practice of journaling. It's designed to deepen self-awareness and connection to body and mind.  Expect a relaxing flow of gentle movement and ample time for personal reflection through writing. Prompts will be provided, and the writing portion of the class will take place  seated on our mats. Bring a notebook or journal.
