Specialty classes offer a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, build new skills, or try something new in a supportive setting. These focused offerings may include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound Immersion, and other special experiences designed to support your growth, well-being, and connection to your practice.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to build confidence or an experienced yogi ready to explore in a new way, specialty classes invite you to slow down, learn, restore, and reconnect. Specialty classes are included with Be Well membership, or available for $30 drop-in.

Yoga and Sleep

Unlock the Secrets to Restful Sleep

Restful sleep is essential to our physical health, emotional well-being, and ability to meet the demands of everyday life. In this 90-minute specialty class, we’ll explore how yoga can support the body’s natural transition from activity and alertness into relaxation and sleep.

Sound Immersion

A soothing journey of sound, stillness, and deep relaxation.

Sound therapy is an ancient healing practice that uses vibrational sounds from singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, tuning forks and other instruments to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This specialty class begins with 30 minutes of gentle yoga.

Yang to Yin

A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience

This 90-minute specialty class starts with a little fire, movement to build strength and energy, then slows way down with longer-held, deeply relaxing poses. It’s a perfect mix of doing and undoing, and you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and settled. For yogis with an established personal practice. ​​​​

Yin Yoga

A quiet practice for deep stretch and inner calm.

This 90-minute Yin Yoga specialty class is an gentle practice that offers a quiet, spacious opportunity for deep stretch, stillness, and release. Poses are held for several minutes with the support of breath and mindful awareness, inviting the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.

Restorative Yoga

A quiet practice for deep relaxation and healing.

Restorative Yoga offers a peaceful space for comfort, ease, and deep rest. With plenty of props and support, the body is gently held in restful poses so the nervous system can settle and the body can restore itself naturally. This class includes Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice that supports deeper rest and inner calm.
