Sun Salutations
A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience

Did you know that the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) is more than just a physical practice? It’s a moving meditation on light and renewal, inviting energy, balance, and awareness into each breath. Every posture reflects harmony between body, mind, and the living world. In this Specialty Class, yogis will learn the sacred interpretation of each part of the flow, how to safely practice the Chaturanga flow, and how to make stepping forward easier and more fluid.

Yang to Yin
A balanced blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, for yogis with yoga experience

This 90-minute specialty class starts with a little fire—flowing movement to build strength and energy—then slows way down with longer-held, deeply relaxing poses. It’s a perfect mix of doing and undoing, and you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and settled.
