Yoga and Fitness Classes

Classes at Be Well are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years. With a focus on mindful movement, breath, and community, each class offers space to move, rest, and reconnect. Our offerings range from gentle flows and restorative practices to energizing sessions that build strength and balance.

Beginning/Foundations are for beginners or those returning to their yoga practice after a time away.

Gentle and Multi-level practices provide a slow, calming flow for yogis of all levels.

Level 1 offers detailed alignment-based practices ideal for yogis looking to build their practice.

Level 2 builds on those foundations with more challenging poses and longer holds for experienced yogis 

Strong Flow

A fast-paced practice for yogis with an established personal practice (level 2).

Empower and expand your practice by refining the poses you know while working toward more challenging poses in a supportive environment. This 75-minute practice includes arm balances, back bends, and inversions as well as a mix of increasingly complex poses and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance (Instructor: Susan Corak).

Slow Flow

A mindful, slower-paced practice for yogis with yoga experience and familiarity with poses (level 1-2).

A perfect way to unwind after a long day, this peaceful, slow-flow class helps release tension from the body and mind. With a focus on deep stretching and gentle movement at a steady pace, yogis will build strength and flexibility without stress, rush, or pressure.

Align & Flow

A blend of steady movement and detailed posture breakdowns, giving students time to explore, refine, and confidently embody each pose (level 1)

Align & Flow blends mindful movement with detailed instruction. In this 60-minute practice, we pause to break things down so that each posture feels safer, stronger, and more accessible. Yogis will build strength and endurance while gaining clarity and confidence that grows with practice. It’s a class for anyone who wants to deepen their practice, build strength with purpose, and leave feeling aligned, empowered, and connected to their body in a new way.

Sunrise Flow

Designed for yogis with some yoga experience who are looking to deepen their practice (level 1).

An energizing flow designed for students with some yoga experience who are ready to build and expand their practice. We’ll move through a steady, breath-led sequence that warms the body, builds strength and mobility, and offers options to explore deeper expressions of familiar poses. Expect mindful transitions, thoughtful pacing, and moments to challenge yourself while staying grounded in awareness, an intentional way to greet the day with clarity, vitality, and ease.

Mixed Flow

Designed for yogis with some yoga experience who are looking to deepen their practice (level 1).

Mixed Flow is a slow and steady vinyasa-style class that links breath with movement in a way that feels supportive and grounding. With a focus on mindful transitions, simple sequences, and plenty of options, this class helps build strength and flexibility without rushing (Instructor: Susan Corak).

Gentle Flow

Designed for yogis of all levels who are comfortable moving down to the floor, and back up to standing, several times throughout the one-hour practice (multi-level).

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is a soothing, slow-flow practice that links breath with mindful movement, offering all the benefits of traditional vinyasa without the intensity. It builds strength and flexibility at a comfortable pace, supports healthy circulation, and calms the nervous system, making it ideal for those seeking a fluid practice that feels grounding and nurturing.

Chair Yoga

Ideal for yogis looking for an accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga (multi-level).

Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it ideal for those who prefer a more supported practice. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, and joint mobility while reducing tension and stress—offering all the benefits of yoga without needing to get down on the floor.

Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra

This practice is designed for and will benefit yogis of all levels.   BEGINNING  WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7 

Settle into a slow, grounding Yin practice designed to gently open the body and quiet the mind. Postures are held for several minutes to release tension in the deeper layers of the hips, spine, and shoulders, encouraging ease and stillness. Class closes with a 10-minute Yoga Nidra, a guided restorative rest that soothes the nervous system and invites deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking calm, softness, and spaciousness at the end of the day.

Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra

This practice is designed for and will benefit yogis of all levels. 

Settle into an evening of deep release and gentle support. This restorative practice uses comfortable props and long, quiet holds to soften the body and calm the nervous system. As the physical tension melts away, you’ll be guided into a 10-minute Yoga Nidra, an effortless, meditative rest that invites total relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking stillness, replenishment, and a peaceful reset.

Yoga Core

A fast-paced practice for yogis with an established personal practice (level 2).

Bring power and grace to your yoga practice. Yoga Core offers a yoga-based workout that not only strengthens and tones the core muscles but also promotes overall physical and mental health. You will leave feeling energized, centered, and empowered. For yogis with an established personal practice.

Forever Fit

Designed for yogis who are looking to build strength and stamina (multi-levels).

This energizing class for older adults uses light weights and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve balance, boost metabolism, and support confidence, coordination, and overall vitality.

Power 30

This class is designed for active adults who are looking to maintain muscle mass, boost bone health, and increase confidence in movement (multi-levels).

This 30-minute resistance training class is designed to build strength, improve balance, and support your yoga practice — and your daily life. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, we’ll focus on core stability, joint strength, and overall stamina — all in a safe, supportive environment.  Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to stay strong as you age, this class meets you where you are (Instructor: Susan Corak).
