Chair Yoga
Ideal for yogis looking for an accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it ideal for those who prefer a more supported practice. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, and joint mobility while reducing tension and stress—offering all the benefits of yoga without needing to get down on the floor.

Gentle Flow
Designed for yogis of all levels who are comfortable moving down to the floor, and back up to standing, several times throughout the one-hour practice.
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is a soothing, slow-flow practice that links breath with mindful movement, offering all the benefits of traditional vinyasa without the intensity. It builds strength and flexibility at a comfortable pace, supports healthy circulation, and calms the nervous system—making it ideal for those seeking a fluid practice that feels grounding and nurturing.

A mindful, slower-paced practice for yogis with yoga experience and familiarity with poses.
A perfect way to unwind after a long day, this peaceful, slow-flow class helps release tension from the body and mind. With a focus on deep stretching and gentle movement at a steady pace, yogis will build strength and flexibility without stress, rush, or pressure.

Strong Flow
A fast-paced practice for yogis with an established personal practice.
Empower and expand your practice by refining the poses you know while working toward more challenging poses in a supportive environment. This 75-minute practice includes arm balances, back bends, and inversions as well as a mix of increasingly complex poses and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance (Instructor: Susan Corak).

Restorative Yoga
This practice is designed for and will benefit yogis of all levels.
Restorative Yoga is an invitation to slow down and deeply relax. With plenty of props and cozy support, you’ll settle into gentle, restful poses that help your nervous system unwind and your body soften. It’s a deeply nourishing practice that lets you relax fully and restore from the inside out.

This 30-minute resistance training class is designed to build strength, improve balance, and support your yoga practice — and your daily life. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, we’ll focus on core stability, joint strength, and overall stamina — all in a safe, supportive environment.
