Description
Mixed Flow is a slow and steady vinyasa-style class that links breath with movement in a way that feels supportive and grounding. With a focus on mindful transitions, simple sequences, and plenty of options, this class helps build strength and flexibility without rushing. This class is ideal for anyone that is comfortable moving down to the floor, and back up to standing, several times throughout the one hour practice.

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.Â
