We practice Sun Salutations to warm up the body, connect breath with movement, and settle the mind into the rhythm of yoga. Sun Salutations help build strength, flexibility, and focus while preparing us for the rest of the practice. On a deeper level, they’re a way to honor the energy of the sun—awakening our own inner vitality and sense of gratitude.

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.
