A slower-paced class in which the focus is on building a safe and strong practice using the Hatha Yoga principles of alignment and correct use of the breath. Modifications and variations of poses are explored enabling participants to build physical strength, mental clarity and inner stillness

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.Â
