Class Description
Journaling is a gentle way to tune in, offering space to reflect on our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It helps bring clarity, uncover patterns, and support personal growth with compassion and curiosity. Like yoga, journaling invites us inward. Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.
