The Seven Areas of Wellness

We can set up our vision board around the seven areas of wellness, which are key to living happier, healthier lives. By focusing on physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, and occupational well-being, we create a path to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Think of it as a checklist for overall happiness—helping us pinpoint areas to grow while celebrating what we’re already doing well. Whether it’s eating better, building stronger relationships, or pursuing a job we love, these seven areas guide us toward a more joyful and meaningful existence. To get started, here are some journal prompts to help clarify your goals in each area.
