Join us for this unique and interactive yoga experience where you practice poses with a partner. It's a great way to deepen your yoga practice, build trust and communication with your partner, and have a lot of fun! ​

Partner yoga is a unique practice that involves two people working together to perform yoga poses. This collaborative approach fosters trust, communication, and intimacy. By relying on each other for support and balance, partners deepen their connection.
This workshop is $40 per couple and Be Well class-pass holders receive a 20% discount (use code WORKSHOP20 at checkout). Registration is required and participation is limited to FOUR couples.
