Forearm planks are a simple, effective way to build functional strength that supports nearly every part of our practice and daily life. Planks strengthen the core, shoulders, arms, and legs while encouraging steady breath, focus, and healthy posture. Two minutes is more than enough and when done with awareness, it builds strength and endurance without unnecessary strain. This challenge is not about pushing through or proving anything; it’s about consistency, presence, and listening. Quality of breath matters more than time. Knees down is still strong. Pausing is allowed. Showing up, again and again, is the practice.
