Our 30-day challenge for this month is holding the quadruped hover for 60 seconds. We'll start with 20 seconds and work our way to a full minute by the end of January. The quadruped hover is a fantastic exercise that offers a multitude of benefits. It strengthens our core, shoulders, and arms, improves posture, and promotes back health. The hover also enhances focus, mindfulness, and body awareness.
In the Be Well Facebook group, you'll find encouragement and support from other yogis working toward the same goal. We'll hover together in most classes. You can pick up the January habit tracker in the studio.
