Planking consistently improves overall stability, posture, and balance by strengthening the entire core…abs, obliques, and transverse abdominis. Planks can be done anywhere and are easy to do.​
In the Be Well Facebook group, you'll find encouragement and support from
other yogis working toward the same goal. In addition, we'll continue to
plank together in most classes and share a brief meditation or "sit" in level 2 classes. You can pick up the September habit tracker in the studio or print one here.
