Our 30-day challenge for this month is holding the quadruped hover for 60 seconds. The quadruped hover is a fantastic exercise that offers a multitude of benefits. It strengthens our core, shoulders, and arms, improves posture, and promotes back health. The hover also enhances focus, mindfulness, and body awareness.
