Make and Take
Our Make and Take workshops offer simple, step-by-step guidance and all the supplies you need to create a one-of-a-kind project. Have fun, learn a new skill, and take home your masterpiece!

​​Workshops are $25 and Be Well class-pass holders receive a 20% discount (use code WORKSHOP20 at checkout). Registration is required and workshops may be canceled or rescheduled if fewer than three people sign up.
Spreading Kindness and Peace, One Rock at a Time

Let's paint rocks!! In this fun workshop Laura Crocker will teach us how to pain simple designs on small rocks. Supplies and equipment will be provided. Registration is required. This workshop will be limited to EIGHT participants so please register early to save your spot.
