Vinyasa 1, 2 is designed for yogis who are comfortable with foundational poses and ready for a more dynamic, higher-energy flow. Class may include sun salutations, chaturanga transitions, and longer holds that help build strength, balance, and endurance. With continued attention to alignment and thoughtful instruction, this practice offers space to grow, explore, and challenge yourself.

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.
