Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice designed to target joints, connective tissues, and bones. While the poses may appear gentle, holding them for three to five minutes encourages deeper physical and mental exploration. This practice fosters patience, mental focus, and endurance, helping you to stretch beyond perceived limitations.  Through mindful awareness and surrender, Yin yoga cultivates a profound connection to the inner self, revealing untapped potential and inner strength.​​  Yin Yoga is held monthly on Sunday afternoons from 4 to 5:30 pm.​
