Description
This class weaves together the slow, graceful movements of tai chi with flowing yoga pose sequences, creating a meditative experience in motion. Build balance, flexibility, and strength as you move with intention. The practice begins standing and ends on the mat, leaving you grounded, centered, and restored.

Be Well is a FRAGRANCE-FREE space. Please refrain from wearing products with heavy scents. Classes begin and end on time, and the door will be locked when class begins Autopay is required for all packages (and may be canceled at any time). Membership may be placed on hold for medical reasons only for one month. Classes with low attendance may be reformatted or canceled.Â
