Welcome to Be Well Yoga & Fitness, founded in 2018 by Susan Corak, ERYT200. Be Well Yoga & Fitness is a community of instructors and students in the active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward healthy, fulfilling lives. We practice and study together for the purpose of self-awareness, well-being, and spiritual awakening.
Be Well Yoga & Fitness is a yoga studio and sanctuary dedicated to providing yoga and fitness instruction for overall wellbeing. Classes are structured on a foundation of the ancient and traditional practices of Patanjali's eight-limbed path of yoga. We firmly believe that yoga and wellness are accessible to everyone, and by maintaining a committed practice over time one gains strength, flexibility, and a better sense of self.
