Be Well Yoga & Fitness is a woman-owned, local boutique-style studio rooted in community, connection, and care. With intentionally small practices and a peaceful, supportive environment, we create space for real bodies, real life, and meaningful movement.

Here, you’ll find Hatha Yoga in a Vinyasa style for strength and flow, Yin Yoga for deep release, Restorative Yoga for renewal, and yoga-based fitness to build strength and stamina for your practice and your life.

Whether you’re beginning, returning, or continuing your yoga journey, you are welcome here, to move, breathe, strengthen, soften, and belong.
