The second New Moon in Virgo on September 21, 2025, is a powerful solar eclipse at the final degree of Virgo, bringing completion, clarity, and fresh beginnings. This rare “double Virgo” moment invites us to release perfectionism, refine habits, and align with what truly supports our growth as we step into a new cycle.

  1. Where in my life am I holding onto something out of fear of letting go, and what would freedom look like if I released it?

  2. What perfectionist tendencies or self-criticisms keep me from feeling whole and worthy right now?

  3. What cycle in my life feels like it is ready to close, and what wisdom have I gained from it?

  4. What does “alignment” mean to me, and what choices would bring my daily life closer to that feeling?

  5. How do I know when it’s time to end something — a habit, relationship, or project — and am I willing to honor that knowing?

  6. Which daily habits or rituals make me feel grounded and supported?

  7. What small shift could make my home, schedule, or space feel more peaceful?

  8. What are three qualities I love about my most supportive friendships or communities?

  9. If I could design an ideal day that reflects my values, what would it include?

  10. What is one playful, simple way I can celebrate this fresh start?

  11. How can I bring more mindfulness and precision into my yoga practice without slipping into self-criticism or striving for “perfect” poses?

  12. Which poses or sequences feel most supportive of my nervous system right now, and how can I make space for them regularly?

  13. In what ways does my yoga practice help me release what I no longer need — physically, mentally, or emotionally?

  14. What small ritual (breathwork, mantra, meditation) could I add before or after practice to help me feel more grounded and aligned?

  15. How does my practice remind me that growth is a process, and how can I carry that lesson off the mat into daily life?
