Hey, yogis, April brings a gentle shift at Be Well, a season of renewal, fresh energy, and a few thoughtful changes to our schedule. As spring unfolds, it feels like a natural time to make space for practices and gatherings that help us reconnect: to ourselves, to one another, and to the steadiness that supports us.
Our focus this month will be the Niyama Santosha, or contentment, the practice of meeting life as it is with gratitude, presence, and enoughness. In a season that so often calls us forward, Santosha invites us to soften into what is already here, notice what is good, and let contentment become part of our practice both on and off the mat.
Vinyasa (Mondays and Wednesays at 9:30 am) is for yogis looking to build confidence moving from pose to pose with intention, while continuing to care for form and alignment. Lots of options will be offered so each yogi can move in a way that feels right for their body and their practice. Core Strength Vinyasa (Fridays at 9:30 am) is similar with an emphasis on building strength and endurance.
Soft Flow on Wednesdays at 11 am is for yogis looking for a deep stretch, balance practice, and lots of relaxation. Forever Fit on Fridays at 11 is a gentle resistance workout using light weights and other equipment to build strength and endurance. If you're looking for an evening practice, both Slow Flow (Mondays at 5:30) and Yin with Yoga Nidra (Wednesdays at 5:30) offer a peaceful, stretchy practice and gentle reset after the workday.
Join us for the April Sound Immersion, a Yoga & Journaling class and another session of Rock Painting, spring offerings designed to help us pause, refresh, and celebrate the season. A minimum of 5 preregistrations is needed to hold each event, so please sign up early if you'd like to join us. Registering for classes and events helps instructors plan thoughtfully, prepare the space, and better understand which classes are most needed and most supported. This month we're celebrating these inspiring yogis: Connie, Schelle, Joan, Patricia, and Steve. We applaud you for your hard work, your presence, and the way you help make Be Well feel like a true sangha...welcoming, steady, and supportive.

Thank you for being part of Be Well. Thank you for practicing, encouraging one another, and helping create a space where yogis can arrive exactly as they are. I’m so grateful for this community and for the warmth, heart, and connection you all bring to the studio.
Namaste, Susan
