Hey, yogis! I'm excited to share what’s new at Be Well this fall—fresh classes, familiar faces, and more ways to move, rest, and reconnect. As we head toward fall, I'm feeling extra grateful for this community and for all of you who keep showing up and sharing your practice with us. It’s a beautiful thing to age gracefully together—finding strength, stillness, and joy along the way.
New Classes to Support Your Practice
We’ve added more ways to move, breathe, and feel good on your mat. Anita is offeringYoga & Tai Chi on Wednesday evenings—a beautiful blend of mindful movement and flow. Barb, our apprentice instructor, is leading two Gentle Flow sessions each week as she practices and finds her voice—your presence and support are deeply appreciated. And, we’re happy to bring backYin & Restorative on Sunday afternoons—a grounding practice to help you reset for the week ahead. We hope you’ll explore something new this fall expanding your practice, one breath at a time. More...
Specialty Classes
Specialty classes are 90-minute sessions that give you time and space to dive into a specific pose, flow, or yoga concept. Think of them as an opportunity to explore something new, go a little deeper, and grow your practice in a safe and supportive setting. These classes are free for all unlimited pass holders. More...
Fall Sound Immersions
I'm so happy to welcome Diana back this fall for three special sound immersions. We’re mixing things up a bit this time—two sessions will be woven into our Sunday afternoon Yin and Restorative classes, creating a deeply nourishing experience of stillness and sound. The third will be a stand-alone session on Saturday, November 8. Each one offers a chance to settle, reset, and be surrounded by the healing tones of chimes, gongs, and bells. We can’t wait to share this with you! More...
Thank you to everyone who follows our WASH IN policy—it really does help us keep the studio healthy and reduce the spread of germs. As we head into a new season, it’s a great time to revisit a few other studio guidelines. These small acts of mindfulness help us create a peaceful and respectful space for all of us.

And just one more thing… take a moment to explore the new Members' Area on our website, where you’ll find resources, journal prompts, and tarot spreads to support your practice beyond the mat.
May these last days of summer bring us abundant joy, and the gentle reminder that every step on our path is worth celebrating.
May you find peace and serenity in your practice,
Susan
